Biography:
     Sa Bom Nim Garaguso began his training in the art of Tang Soo Do in 1977, after watching the movie called "Breaker Breaker", a Chuck Norris movie. Sa Bom Nim reached the level of Cho Dan in 1979, a first degree black belt. A year later in 1980, he began teaching and opened his own studio in 1984. Then in 1990 he reach the rank as master along with the term of Sa Bom Nim, a certified instructor in the Soo Bahk Do (Tang Soo Do) Federation. The next two levels he attained in 1995 which were the rank of 5th Dan and in 2001 he reached the rank of 6th Dan (6th Degree Master / Instructor).

      He began his training the style of Gracie Jiu Jitsu and has reached the rank of Purple Belt.

Biography:
     Alyssa started her training as the first ever Little Ninja at the age of two and a half. The irony is that Alyssa is now the head of the Little Ninjas program at Garaguso Karate. She also assists the kids classes and trains in Soo Bahk Do and Gracie Jiu Jitsu. This past summer Alyssa competed in the 2005 National Soo Bahk Do karate tournament and placed first in sparring and first in forms. She enjoys being at the karate school and working with all of the children.

Brandon Gilmore

Biography:
     Brandon began training in 1991 and received his black belt at the age of 11.  He is also a 2 time champion and a 4 time regional champion.  He is a blue belt in Gracie Jiu Jitsu and is soon eligible for his  purple belt.   Mr. Gilmore has been instructing for over 7 years now and hopes to test for  master in 2006.

Bernie Migoley

Biography:
     Bernie has been training for 13 years. About a year after that she came on board as an assistant instructor in the Little Ninjas program and has been training as a teacher since that point. She later tested for the Korean term Kyo Sa which means certified instructor in the year 2000. She is also eligible to test for master belt in 2007. Since then she has become an instructor in the kids Jiu Jitsu program and teaches our cardio kick boxing program. Along with being an instructor in Jiu Jitsu, she also has tested for her blue belt and looks forward to testing for her purple belt soon.

Miss Lar-el Garaguso

Biography:
     Lar-el began training at age 3 and now is 18.  She made her 3rd degree black belt in April 2003.  She will soon be eligible for master in 2008.  She has been training for 15 years in Soo Bahk Do. She is one of the assistant instructors in the kids and adults classes.  She has been teaching for four years now and she loves it. She is also a blue belt in Gracie Jiu Jitsu. She is glad her father owns such a great school because she enjoys being a part of it.
