Not even close! Cardio kickboxing is essentially an hour long “follow the leader” aerobics workout that uses boxing techniques. Our classes use professional boxing equipment to give you an authentic experience, and you can always go at your own pace.
Q: “Will I get toned in my kickboxing classes?”
Yes! Our program was designed to get you lean & toned - and based on the results of thousands of members we're pretty confident in our ability to help you get there ;-)
Q: “How many kickboxing classes per week should I go to for maximum results?”
1-3 classes per week is recommended for top results. The most important thing is that you come every week.
Q: “If I do cardiovascular exercise on my own will I get similar results?”
It depends. Many people come to us because working out on their own just wasn't getting them results. If you have the time, will power, and energy to do tons of cardio every week, that's great. However, most of us could use a helping hand! (A helping hand with a proven system doesn't hurt either!)
